What government deems as legal or not looses all legitimacy when it has a proven/clear practice of selective enforcement, special rights for special people, and legislating illegal activities in the name of [enter BS reason here].
I stopped doing or not doing something if it was legal or not years ago and only obey when there is a clear threat of violence and coercion from the government in my presence. Government is a proven failure, and has been so since its inception. Its impossible for a negative to produce a net positive... any 3rd grader can tell you that.
