And what's with the so-called "100 round clip"? I guess some don't understand how unlikely that is, or how inadequate 3 rounds is for self defense.
Trying to pass legislation that is specifically designed to essentially render a firearm into an ineffective implement is useless. What we need to do is work on improving social relations, which would do more to alleviate conflict. The basis of our social problems is that there is too much conflict. More equitable relations could really help alleviate some of that.
Perhaps so many people wouldn't be getting pushed over the the edge and taking the postal route by abusive or otherwise unacceptable social conditions.

Sigmund Freud defined four parts of a psyche; the id, the ego, the superego and the stratego. The Stratego being the highest form of morality and scientific thinking.
If guns are not outlawed, the in-laws will have guns.
