I realize that the UN wont be collecting firearms for multiple reasons, if nothing else because treaties dont generally have an enforcement body, and thus nations ignore treaties they have signed all the time.
that said, this treaty has been bouncing around since the 80s, so its not dead.

Also what was the language in the resolution that barred semi autos in the US? And rewrote the const.?
