Privileges are not rights.
And force is always force.
Force legitimises anything.
but it does not remove legitimacy any more than carpet bombing kills ideas.
There is no possible way you can validate, or excuse your language, in regards to something you do no believe exists at all.
You can't have it both ways.

You want to remove a right to own particular property, you don't believe rights exist at all, but you still want to call privileges legal rights, and you want the right, or privilege, to shoot cops when you think its ok.
