In California they limit the magazine to a max of 10 rounds, so you can wait until you hear 10 shots then run up and punch the shooter to death.

Im all for teacher carry n conceal, including school maintenance persons. They are the first responders, and having them unarmed to "fight back" is freakin ridiculous. We have seen to many times what happens when no one is shooting back.Other then that, its probably the best solution anyway. Even that won't be 100% failsafe, nothing will be. But its a start.

The video is funny when the guys walks in the room and the narrator talks about a proactive, aggressive response. Sure.
Guy #1: Ok, when he comes in, I'll try to hit him with a fire extinguisher and the rest of you get ready to throw chairs at him.
Guy #2: I can't. I'm scared.
Woman #1: Me either. He's got a shotgun for god's sake.
Guy #3: What if he shoots me first?
Guy #1: Listen if we don't coordinate, he will kill all of us.
Guy #2: No, if he tries to shoot you first, we'll all run away.
Woman #1: Sounds like a plan.
Guy #3: Yeah, so you make sure he turns to shoot you first so we can all get away.
