Just further proof how insane some of the anti-gun crowd is. This is a clear infringement on the 2nd Amendment.

Ok, I was a over the top in the clear infringement part but telling people they need to complete an anger management course if they don't want to wait 3 days, every single time they buy ammo, is "constitutionally-dubious" to say the least.
Imagine if a similar type condition was set for voting. We've seen tons of opposition in requiring people to show ID just to vote.
