Papa John's has a policy that employees cannot be armed.
Despite that policy she was fine.
The policy is not problematic.

if i ran a business with home delivery i'd really prefer my employees not be strapped. aside from the fact that it would be bad for business you get one guy who gets shorted on a tip and snaps and suddenly you're the place that murders its customers.

How would they know that your people are for certain unarmed? The fact that you have an unenforced policy which your employees ignore and are given a pass for isn't a valid answer.

[quote="The Comrade"]What makes you think that?
Because most people follow the rules. If you know that your employer will fire you for having a gun, most people don't carry one. Just like if you know it is illegal to have a gun in New York City, most people don't. It is pretty simple.
