My belief or non-belief in God is completely unrelated to my ethics. If someone asks me if I believe in God, the answer is no. I am an atheist. If they want my opinion on matters of morals, well, they'll have to bend a knee first.

You can't be a true non believer until you pay some hairless ape money to make it official. Apparently, thats also true for believers,lol.

Jesus was a cool dude, I wouldn't knock him. Pretty radical for a Jewish farmer thousands of years ago.
If a belief I view as wrong leads to good ethics, I'm cool with it. If you think the world is supported on the back of a giant tortoise, and this makes you kinder and more charitable, all the power to you. I respect certain virtues enough to overlook the weirdness that produces them.
Gandhi said it best. "I like your Christ. I do not like your Christians." Unfortunately, this is true much of the time.
