Unless you are blind or playing dumb (you are quite convincing) I already quoted Marx himself on how the framework is different.
I also see no explanation from you about how they are the same, that is the claim that you are making, the onus is on you partner. You have a very bad habit of simply asserting stupidity and then never supporting it with any evidence.
Hegel's framework is obviously bound up in his idealist conception of Absolute Spirit and how it comes to know itself through the triadic movement of Logic.
Marx's framework is simply the historical socioeconomic motive forces.
They have nothing to do with one another.
