I would say that we create the universe within which we exist with our minds using the data gathered by our senses, and that experience of this reality is entirely subjective, so any meaning we assign to these things is something we created with our minds.

a sort of universal consciousness that we are each a fragment of, actualizing its full potential through the process of extropic self organization
