It's somewhat stupid... but it is clearly a Christian religious statue and it is on publicly owned land. Are we also going to open up our public lands to Mohammad statues?

This lawsuit has been going on for several years now and got stalled because until now no one individual was willing to put their neck out (and be named on the lawsuit) to become the focus of the community's Christian hate and harassment.

I don't think the timeframe matters. Things are OK until they aren't.

This was never OK in the first place, really....but....why the f**k does anyone care about this minor league shit when I still have "In God We Trust" stamped all over my money?
