Will the Internet Socialize the West?

I definitely think that the Internet will help socialize the West, because I think in general the West is moving toward democratic socialism more so than anything. Plus a base that uses universities as recruiting grounds certainly has an advantage in that regard, and using the internet would be consistent with that advantage.

it's sad how many generations of failure we have to wait to die off before we can actually move towards socialism.
