The "special" Founders Edition is merely what they are calling the reference cards now. They aren't better, and aren't binned any differently. Its marketing nonsense. It prices the reference cards higher to benefit the aftermarket card makers. Who generally wind up making better cards anyways.
Wait for the Ti, if you don't need a card this instant.
