Yes i'm aware of the case of Kasper Hauser. My father is a cavalryman and all that. The investigation by numerous parties proved that there are too many variables in his case to make any useful inferences beyond sensory deprivation badly f**k a developing child up. Furthermore, its entirely likely it was all some werid con act.
I'm aware of quite a few, I don't think we can conclude anything useful from them. You'd need a proper experimental system under which the stimuli to the children could be carefully controled. You'd also need a control group, the details of which frankly at this moment escape me. You'd also have to run it several times in order to preform any sort of statistical testing. You'd also have to figure out some useful metrics to measure language creation.
All it in would be a massive experiment with a site the size of a small town. To learn anything actually useful.
