The guy with the camera and dog was being a giant jackass. When I see a posse of six or more police cars in the middle of the street I'm sure to be on my way and mind my own business. To record the police with music blaring and walking around seemingly only to garner their attention is incomprehensibly idiotic.
The only intelligent thing the man did was to get his dog in the car as the police made their way towards him. What he should've done was got in the car after the dog and drove his dumb ass out of there instead of turning to confront the police: a confrontation guaranteed to always result in a loss. It was unfortunate that the dog still managed to squeeze out of the window, but had the guy not parked his car near a significant police presence and make a spectacle of himself the dog would've never been anywhere near the police, let alone attacking them.
I'm not arguing that the police are always right to detain people for obstruction and so on, but one must be intelligent enough to know how the police are going to react. What did this jackass think was going to happen? What in the world did he think he was accomplishing?
Another upsetting incident in which a seemingly perfectly decent dog was killed because it unfortunately had a stupid, shitty owner.
