it is curious.

this woman was not resisting arrest.

eric garner was, but i don't see how that justifies a choke hold and his death.

unlike his "crime" of selling untaxed cigs, this woman was high on cocaine and has been arrested multiple times for DUI with this offense. then she ran over an officer. she is a threat to the public, but she didn't "resist arrest", at least, not in THAT video. she did assault an officer and flee though. and probably a bunch of other things, and i hope she ends up in a jail for a long enough time for her to be completely clean and then some so she'll never do this kind of shit again

as for being "weak on crime" it really depends on the crime. like, i wouldn't think selling cigs without paying some tax should end up with someone dead, so maybe that's a bit weak on crime
