I would support the legalization of all drugs, if one single condition was met, I'd support legalizing all drugs. That's right, marijuana, cocaine, heroin, whatever. But one simple condition. I want a sobriety test and standards to be able to determine when a person is impaired. This test has to be readily available so employers and law enforcement can check someone. The last thing that I want is have people working that put other people's lives in danger.
On this issue, I seem to be a little more in line with the libertarians. I'm interested to see how the forum feels.
