I scored a slightly below average 83%, but I've never even visited the US so I didn't think it was too bad.
On the where to post thing, it's not overly strict. General rule for me is - if I want to generate a serious discussion then, The Soapbox. But if I want to just have a more relaxed conversation with everyone, then the lounge. But it doesn't overly matter, the mods will move them if they think they're in the wrong place.
