no they won't be fine. they're actually running out of water. they've almost drained the reservoir at the hoover dam so much that it's soon going to be too low to produce electricity.

NV only gets 2% of the water from the Colorado River Compacts. This is because when they were made NV didnt really have any ppl. This will change when the compacts are renegotiated, which will happen soon due to changing climate.
