On an entirely unrelated note, I was looking through my great-grandfather's coin collection that he passed down to me. I found an 1826 British gold sovereign in fine to mint condition.
I also found an 1853 American gold dollar... I think that was worth $300 or more. Plus a badly damaged American coin from 1776 that is worthless but too cool.
