I've had dogs all my life.. Right now have a 65 lbs Pit Bull and a 80 lbs mix collie-Sheppard.. I never had a dog under 50 lbs or so..

Every little dog I've ever come in contact with seemed to be a whinny, yappy, miserable, trying to act like a big dog PITA.. I never had any use for them..

That's what I try to explain to idiot landlords thst only allow 20 pound or under dogs. You are literally excluding the quiet dogs and ensuring every dog in your building is a retarded little yapping hamster.

My girlfriend has a Chihuahua. When I first started dating her and she told me this I was thinking "oh god..." They tend to be annoying yappers.

To my surprise, this is one of the most chill dogs ever. Barely barks and when it does, it is usually at skunks or possums to get the f**k away from her place (cats and some other dogs too at times cuz the cats in particular pee on the stairs...), but it's like not that common. The dog mostly just sits next to you and likes having you pet it. It's quite sweet, actually.

I never thought I'd like a small dog like that, but lo and behold, I've grown to like the little thing.
