I agree. Racing is not a sport. Any skill competition that relies upon non-human motive power is not a sport. That includes any equestrian skill competition not based around archery or shooting.
The best part of the Winter Olympics is hockey. Which happens to be the most physically demanding, high speed, violent and dangerous non-martial team sport on the planet. All other sports pale in comparison. Thus the glory that is the Winter Olympics.
