I said that low interest rates and quantitative easing haven't stabilized the economy so there is likely to be bail ins in the US in the next few years, like those that have already occurred in Cyprus and Greece.

If the US government bails-in right now, there will be massive, unstoppable riots in every major US city, followed very quickly by the abolition of all American debt, and the establishment of a new government.
