i agree uber. why have language at all if we just change definition willy nilly. poison, venom, intolerance, life, marriage, it's madness

except no one would ever say that. they would say whale washes up on beach. people might think whales are fish, but no one would call a whale a fish if they were trying to tell someone about a whale.

poisons and venoms are both noxious, but they are not the same. venom is injected. poison is ingested or absorbed
