Come to think of it NAB...explain yourself. In all 3 of Garrett's full seasons as head coach up til this year, the Cowboys were right in the mix to win the division down the home stretch and each time they not only failed to take the division, but also failed to produce a winning record. 8-8 for three years, but it was never a circumstance where the troops rallied to play for pride and climbed out of an embarrassing record to save face at 8-8. All three years you guys had a chance right til the end and then fell to .500

Obviously that's all moot now that you guys put up a better record than the Eagles have had since Terrell Owens was still on our team, but the point is, the talent has BEEN there on your roster, and I venture to ask what took Garrett so damn long to produce a winning season? As of right now he gets the benefit of his latest accomplishment...cannot hate on on 12-4, but until he repeats it, I can't agree that he's better than Chip Kelly who has more winning seasons after 2 years of tenure than Garrett has after 4.

That's probably the number one concern among Eagles fans too. Time of possession means nothing to Kelly. But our defense actually gets itself in good position to get off the field quickly, then gives up a big play on 3rd and long. Our secondary is woefully bad and area that needs to be addressed going forward. What concerns me is free agent CBs and safeties may not want to come to the Eagles because Kelly's system isn't going to give them impressive stats and will require a lot of extra effort on their part.
