Let's see.
1. You don't hydrate during 45 minutes of grueling exercise. You say you're hydrated well enough before... but you're sure to be dehydrated after.
2. Your 45 minute or less workout excludes the time it takes to set up the weights... so it's not 45 minutes or less.
3. You think gradually increasing weight is going to matter when you're straining to deadlift 175 for the fiftieth time.
4. No one who is actually concerned about form would do a 10 rep set of deadlifts with real weight, let alone 5x10.
5. You do all of those exercises... in a squat rack? You don't ever rest?
Your workout is not believable.
