See the effect I have on places - only been here a couple of weeks

Got a family friend who is a #1 search on Google. Terms "Baton Rouge boudin". Up comes Ronnie's Boudin and Cracklins. It's a small little place on Airline highway, next to nothing special. Yet, the line is usually out the door during lunch, and 1-2 people long at all other times of day.

Of course, it helps that Brad's (owner) food is the best I've ever had. Smoked boudin, specialty meats, and especially their chicharones.

So, I guess they drop the cheese into oil. Yum - betcha that's good. Gotta try that this weekend, if I can find some of that cheese. Honestly never heard of it.
