Well, it's been 23 days since pot was made legal in CO. And the state hasn't become a cesspool of hedonism, been stricken from the face of the Earth by God, or had any other major calamity. How can it be?

They gloated that "See? Nothing bad is happening!" in Sodom and Gomorrah as well. For a while...

So, the fire and brimstone is coming? I might buy a house high on some Utah mountain, just so I can have front-row seats for the show.

The Feds will swoop in and put a stop to things when a grower or two invariably will start selling outside official channels and/or when drugs legally purchased in Co start crossing state borders in droves.

I think the way the CO grow system is set up there is less room for abuse than under the CA system which is still a free for all which explains the high prices in CCO. I'd expect more weed to be coming into CO than out of it. The cost of weed in CO is still high, average $65 an eighth. CA, $20-30 an eighth at dispensaries.
