If I animate a football game using South Park animation techniques and play it live while the actual game is playing, am I violating any copyrights issues? Assuming the uniforms of the animated teams don't look anything like the real teams'. Just the movement during the play would be similar.

Are you using the game audio?

Anyway, the nfl disclaimer forbids "description" of the game without consent. Obviously people describe games all the time on tv and radio, often after the fact. The ban on description is there to keep a radio station from having their hosts announce the play by play as the game is happening. Considering you'd be broadcasting it live and using animation to show people exactly what is happening as the game is being played I think that could fall under the purview of description.
