they did it with the intent of causing controversy. gays with children are a small percentage of homosexuals who are a small percentage of people. so we're talking like a quarter of a percent of the population, maybe? that's being generous? "let's target these people with a commercial" makes sense. unless....unless you're trying to create a controversy so you can roll up paper and make a display of it. awww how cute

Of course it's just a marketing campaign. Coopting social movements is what companies do. Nonetheless, I think it was nice, and I hope to see more companies normalizing homosexuals and homosexual parents.

Everything a business does is business. As consumers, the best thing we can do is provide positive reinforcement when companies actually do something such as this that is beneficial to society, and the reverse when they do something regressive. Consumerism is powerful. Brand recognition is powerful.

Or we can "normalize" pressure groups roaming the countryside hunting for citizens that gave $1K to a referendum campaign 6 years ago and force them out of their job for it. We now live in an America without freedom of speech nor association.
