Also I can't remember the last time I listened to NPR. VCPR send up on Vice City was perfect.

To be honest I listened to NPR throughout high school on the drive home and can't remember a single program that drew my attention. Mostly just random stuff about folk music and bland BBC-style news about "development in Senegal." I put it on because it was better than listening to the top 40. I suppose there was the car talk show if you're into that stuff.
