so I picked up this game and have been playing it. It's pretty fun
you play the personification of america as a superhero. you run around as a narcissistic vigilante taking down thugs left and right. you claim to support family values all the time and this support ends up having the ones you love in danger. sometimes you kill civilians in the process of being a badass and you always destroy all sorts of city infrastructure and cars in the process but you get the job done because you are america. using superhero powers of internet spying you're able to trackdown anyone anywhere, record anything they say, even in the privacy of their own homes. you can use IEDs to blow up the enemy in addition to a wide array of high tec gadgetry. you can cause the entire power grid to fail if you want. you see someone stealing a pusre? go and f**k his day up, then steal money electronically from everyone around you and pick it up at the atm so you can buy more bullets. evading the un peacekeepers is pretrty simple as they are dumb f**k and you control all their gadgets anyway. enemies include a gang leader named "IRAQ" as if to say you're too stupid to understand this allegory it needs to be explicit
it's pretty fun game, kinda like gta but with more high tech shit. hacking is hilarious in its simplicity but whatever. oh and it's got the girl with the dragon tattoo in it. all in all, pretty solid. i'm in act 2 of 5 and have done a few side quests but ive played for like 12 hours or so i think, so it's got a lot of content. chicago is pretty stunning, and the amount of individuals walking around is really high (but not high enough so that traffic is a nightmare or anything). it's got funny easter eggs all over the place from when you hack peolpe's phones or whatever.
