1. Ban lesbians from using dildos. They chose their side.
2. 100% sales tax on all fluorescent male tees, baseball caps intended to be worn sideways, skinny jeans, sneakers with oversized tongues.
3. All soldiers must attain a diploma in philosophy. All philosophy students must report to boot camp. Especially Comrade.
4. Bullying is now a requirement. We have produced a surplus of emotional intelligence, which has made us weak and defenseless in the face of real problems. Require all people to bully a subordinate at least once a week.
5. Free prostitutes and weed.
