I am alarmed at the militarization of our law enforcement. Do we really need this in a civilized society? I think it would be a great idea to get rid of the police industrial complex. I will vote for any candidate the cuts the law enforcement budget. I am determined! I will go to my government officials and ask them to cut the law enforcement budget. No new toys for warrior cop.

Everything that those cops are wearing and carrying can be purchased at your local gun show, sporting goods store, or on the internet legally. The police have to carry that stuff because there are criminal psychos out there who will use the very same rifles against them. What do you want? Barny Fife and an old .38 revolver going through the door to be gunned down?
