So, I wanted to start a thread on collectible items you own or any kindof antiques.
I just recently got this.
Made in 1959, detailed book of all US wars and interventions between 1689-1953.
Also got my hands on a very very old national geographic and a wrapped in mint condition 1992 The Death of Superman (idk if its worth anything tho).
Most of you will trump me, but I don't normally get this stuff and I'm young so meh.
What do you guys have?

Hundreds of coins given to me by my Grandpa. They were collected by someone in the family tree but nobody remembers. Mostly just nice to look at, but one is worth a couple thousand, and a few are worth a couple hundred.
My hockey card collection. Got some decent stuff. A few signed rookie cards - Paul Kariya, Joe Thornton, a signed replica Bobby Orr rookie card (not worth much but cool), a second year Gretzky card, about a thousand other noteworthy cards but nothing all that rare. Couple of complete sets. Total value under $1000.
The first one hundred GI Joe comics.
All of the James Bond vinyl records. Totally rough shape but I bought them for my man cave wall so its all good.

i have various broken electronics packed away waiting for me to fix them, ranging from televisions to routers.
only antique i have is probably my grandmother's piano but i doubt it's worth much beyond a regular piano.
all my collectibles are crap like collector's edition video games because i'm a sucker for that shit

Not really into antiques, but I like old books. A bunch of old leatherbound books of no particular awesomeness,...though there is a mid 1800's 3 volume Decline and Fall of the Roman Empire boxed set (Gibbon), but that's in canvas. The illustrations are reproductions of the 18th century woodcuts, so that's kinda cool. I've got a 1944 edition of Jane's Fighting Ships around here somewhere, too...
Oh. And I've got an old civil war era black powder cap and ball revolver in working condition. Heirloom.

I have a package of still-shrinkwrapped edible underwear from 1976... I think it's just dust now... but the models on the front and back are thoroughly epic

you should donate those to a relevant museum/historical society

Oldest: two roman era coins (not gold or silver).
Coolest: A WWII knife used in combat by a relative who's name was forgotten when my Granddad died.
Most valuable: 1972 Olds convertible with a built big-block.
Most used: A huge collection of vinyl released 1952-current.
Most sentimental: A German language family Bible printed in the mid-19th century with family tree record written in it and a lock of blond hair wrapped in string wedged in it. I think the hair was my Grandfather's from his first haircut.
