I dine there on the regular, and I can say that with that kind of service they deserve their $6000-$10000 per day. Although I don't think they get that much everyday, just on busy days.

I am imagine its on the odd night when some f**k tries to become king of the yuppies by dropping a 5 figure tip on some absurdly priced meal.

High end food has allways struck me as the most retarded aspect of the nouveau riche life style. Spend more than 80 quid a head on a meal and your a f**k moron. A rich one perhaps, but hey love how meritocratic our system is.
