I think you approach SJW's in the wrong manner eynon. Instead of letting them get you all hot and bothered, just concede the privilege thing to them and ask what they wanna do about it. Surprisingly enough, they'll often shut up and listen once they realize they don't know the answer to that.

I hate the Seahawks so much that I'm still rooting for the Pats. Tear them a new one for next season tho.

Also, if you wanna make money, is there any opportunity to jump from PD to private practice? I know that especially outside of big cities the market can kind of be cornered for the actual good stuff, but I'd think a guy who manages to do alright with the woeful resources of a PD office could kill it in private practice.
