Some of you may recall from my thread a few weeks ago in Political Panic about a mountain lion sighting near me. We're talking about how to react in case of a mountain lion attack. As human beings, we can observe their behavior, slow down their attacks with high speed cameras and watch where their strengths and weaknesses are. By doing this, can we train a human being to possess the skills to always beat a mountain lion in a fight?

Might help for a good defense, but how is a human going to "beat" the mountain lion in a cage fight? Punch it in the head until it dies? A 150-pound mountain lion has claws and big ass teeth to rip your throat out like MacGruber. What does a human have to WIN? HUH!?

humans have the ability to use tools, which makes us the most dangerous predators on the planet. mountain lions are lucky theyre not extinct. a lot of other big cats quickly went extinct as soon as humans started settling in their area (like saber tooth cats). i mean seriously, claws? humans can easily make spears and stab them to death from a safe distance. it's no contest.
