How to easily describe the ideal woman?

I don't like someone who is unable to be outgoing and social, so I like women who have always been popular with lots of friends. Also, I'm a big sports fans so a girl who can show a lot of spirit rooting for a team is a big plus. And I don't like flaky people or people who change up their whole persona every few years, so ideally she's been showing a lot of spirit while supporting teams since at least when she was in high school, maybe even on an organized level.
Quite frankly I think this is what all guys like. Is there an easy classification to describe this kind of girl without explaining all of that?
