went to opening day today. I'll tell you what, berríos cy young this year. 10 strikeouts today the man was amazing
I'll also tell you that this guy Cimber or whatever his name is on the Indians? He does some sort of chickeny mating dance every time he pitches it's so weird. It took a half an hour to complete the bottom of the 8th. They really need to put in the 3 hitter rule. Up until the 8th it took 2hrs, then 30 min to get through the 8th because of pitching changes after each batter, and one of the pitchers they put in spent a minute between pitches squatting and doing this almost balk thing... So ridiculous
Anyway, twins on track for 162-0 season

Phillies had a nice win today. Really fun to see a potent lineup in Philadelphia once more. Bryce Harper had no hits, so I’m sure the drama queens are already whining about his contract. Nice grand slam by Hoskins tho.

Yeah Harper had no hits but he was walked and scored on that. Walks are good too. But yes, drama queens known as "Philly fans" are all upset and booed him.
I saw that slam and yeah with 10 runs that certainly is potent

Yeah his reputation spotted us a run with an international walk that loaded the bases for the Hoskins grand slam.
Quite honestly, I find Harper very personally dislikable and definitely don’t feel any personal affinity toward the prick. But I’m glad to have a talent like his on my team and certainly won’t start bitching while he still has a f**k single figure number of at bats for the season.
The older I get, the less I feel like a “real” Philly fan, and the more our city’s quirks and melodrama just seem annoying rather than funny and charming.

Yeah it's how everyone else views Philly fans
Honestly I don't remember what you're paying him but it can't be worse than Mike Trout. That man is making 25k/inning for 12 years, aka 430 million. I can't see how that will possibly work out well for the Angels. I'm excited about the Twins because we finally got rid of the albatross Mauer who was, some years, taking up a third of the payroll

Let’s go Rangers!
Ah f**k it, who am I kidding? They’ll be lucky to get 70 wins this year...
