Prof all you care about if installing another way for the private HI companies to make more money and more profit..

Supposedly you are a small government, less government regulation Republican, yet earlier in this thread you said you'd be happy with a government regulated HC system for 65+ YO as long as the private companies wrote, and sold the HI policies. Of course according to you the HI companies could charge out the wazoo and make a nice profit.

That's not a solution for our HC/HI problem, nor is it a solution to fixing Medicare.. It's just another way for the private companies to get richer while they run up the cost of HC in the country.
