I'm all for taking school threats seriously but this is absurd. We are just obsessed in this country (Texas especially) with throwing everyone in jail. That sure has worked!

The sad fact is that you have to watch what you say on everything from message boards, to nerds and their game forums. I'm not advocating this kid be punished for what he said. In the age of mass communication and mass paranoia, your words can land you in hot water.
