In their first week in office the new Republican majority passed seven restrictive abortion bills. All of them failed.
Shortly later Republicans attempted to sabotage DHS funding. This also failed.
Republicans then attempted to override Obama's veto of the Keystone XL Pipeline. You guessed it - this failed too.
Here's a crazy idea - why don't Republicans use their majority to ACCOMPLISH something instead of merely obstructing and opposing everything? Immigration reform would be a perfect place to start. If Republicans actually had a plan for immigration reform it would make their opposition to Obama's executive action much more credible.
