FYI, while I agree that the choice should always be with the mother, the title is entirely misleading and unnecessarily so.

This has nothing to do with deceased fetuses. At most, it might include fetuses that have extremely limited and no viability once born. The bigger story here is that the life of the mother is being put secondary, which is absolutely unjust, unethical, and is pretty much state-mandated execution of mothers if it runs contrary to medical necessity.

So, yeah this sucks, but so does the reporting. You might as well re-post an article that says "I'm stupid and will make a stupid argument that you can easily refute while burying the very important argument deep inside my own stupidity."

Yeah the article title is bogus, but the law is really bad. Most contraceptive abortions happen earlier than the 20 week cutoff here, so this law is going to disproportionally affect birth defect related abortions.
