According to the latest news Russian tactics they use in Syria are infinitely more effective than ours. Why didn't we join to their coalition then yet? It doesn't seem like a very bad deal; we've been mostly striking ISIS randomly and didn't actually hit any important targets though we spent millions of dollars on all those missiles we launched so far. While Russians use way cheaper bombs and coordinate their actions with Assad (so they perfectly know the direct location of the ISIS bases). I think we need to work together if we really want to stop the terrorists.

Russia will be entangled in the Middle East like they did in Afghanistan which is what Kerry warned would happen after Russia bombed US supported rebels.

Too bad the U.S. Government didn't learn from the Russian quagmire in the 80's, instead we doubled down with a decades long involvement in that part of the world, and possibly another one in Syria.
