You can't really have reasonable discussions about these kinds of thing anymore, because somebody will always inject some inane culture wars bullshit - i.e. "FULLY WOQUE."
Nobody is arguing that it was coercive, primarily because Lewinski said it wasn't. Sure, the power differential is gonna make any reasonable person question if that consent was real, but Lewinski has remained adamant that it was consensual. So the idea of autonomy is neither here nor there - it simply isn't what is being discussed.
It basically comes down to what you find appropriate for an elected official, and in particular, the highest elected official in the country. This is certainly a matter of personal opinion, but I have to question anybody who would argue that getting your dick sucked while talking to a Congressmen on the phone, or finger-blasting an intern half your age in an office hallway, is not unprofessional and unethical. Because it certainly is.
Still, as I said, an affair is not grounds to be removed from office. And neither is being a creepy and pathetic old guy looking to score some young kitty. Had Clinton just fessed up, I'd be the first one to say "Alright, let him get back to business - at least once he takes a junior level course on basic workplace standards." Instead he committed perjury, and so should have been impeached and removed from office. But nope. Congress yet again decided that the President is above any constraints, whether legal or ethical.
