apparently to make work for me. 
i really don't get it either. and it's from IPs all over the world
perhaps it's an attempt to get someone to PM them and then they can get information? or more likely some sort of sleeper agent, checking to see if their post still exists later so then they can spam a bunch of Cyrillic and links
