Here ya go lil. Chicken in some cases containing 51% chicken and in some cases pork .
The simple fact is the meat industry in general is largely suspect and questionable from rearing, slaughter, storage, labelling etc. Like any other business its about maximising profits which leads to some pretty dodgy practices.

It was in only prole food anyways so who gives a f**k lol. Serves them right for not getting their meat from the butcher.

Hunan food is really spicy too. I love these pork ribs covered in chilli. The other great food in China is the bbq from Xinjiang... kinda mix between chinese food and middle eastern. Soooo good.
