The current war reminds me of Vietnam. We supported a corrupt government and what happened in the end? We lost and had to withdraw. Look at South America, we supported every dictator there and not one of them is still in power. Now of course the larger issue is that Vietnam and South America wasn't harboring people who hijack airplanes and fly them into office buildings full of people.
So what do we do? LEAVE SECURE OUR BORDERS and MOVE on.
