I don't think it should be up to the court/judges to decide whether to allow cameras in the court or not. We have a public court system open to our citizens, get with the times and technological advances to allow more of the public to witness.

I think there should be a camera on all public officials at all times. Also they should be subjected to weekly urinalysis.

There are about 1.25 million lawyers in the US. So, at least that many people would be able to follow with relative ease. And while some cases are very technical, others can be followed by anyone without legal training. She's a snob.

So long as the integrity of the court isn't compromised, I see no problem with allowing video cameras. I just hope doing so wouldn't prevent justices from speaking bluntly and honestly, or from entertaining all ideas, regardless of popular support.
